This Digital Item Delivery and Access Policy governs the method and timeline for receiving access to the digital products purchased from Hupiplay.
1. Digital Product Delivery Method
All products sold by Hupiplay are digital in nature (e.g., downloadable files, templates, guides, access keys, etc.). No physical goods will be shipped.
Upon successful completion of a purchase and payment verification, your digital product(s) will be delivered using one or more of the following methods:
- Instant Download: A direct link to download the product file(s) will be presented on the order confirmation screen immediately after checkout.
- Email Confirmation: A confirmation email containing the download link(s) or access instructions will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase process.
- Customer Account: The digital product(s) will be accessible within your secure Hupiplay customer account under a “Downloads” or “Orders” section.
2. Delivery Timeline
A. Immediate Access
In the vast majority of cases, access to your digital product is immediate upon successful payment verification.
B. Exceptions to Immediate Access
While we strive for instant delivery, access may be briefly delayed in the following situations:
- E-Check or Bank Transfer: Orders paid via e-check or certain bank transfers may be delayed until the funds have fully cleared, which can take [Specify Timeframe, e.g., 3-5 business days]. Access will be granted automatically once payment is confirmed.
- System Delay: On rare occasions, technical or server issues may cause a brief delay. If you have not received your confirmation email within [Specify Timeframe, e.g., one (1) hour] of your purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first before contacting us.
3. Troubleshooting & Lost Access
A. Non-Receipt of Email
If you do not receive the confirmation email within the specified timeline, please:
- Check your Spam/Junk Folder.
- Ensure the email address used for the purchase is correct.
- Log in to your Hupiplay customer account (if applicable) and check the “Downloads” or “Orders” section.
B. Download Link Expiration
For security and bandwidth management, download links provided via email may have an expiration limit.
- Expiration: Download links will expire after 1 day or after 3 download attempts, whichever comes first.
- If your link has expired, please contact our support team at [email protected] and we will refresh your access.
C. Responsibility for Files
Once a digital file has been successfully downloaded, it becomes your responsibility to save and back up the file. We cannot guarantee perpetual access to old versions or continuous re-downloads indefinitely after the initial access period.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, which are instantly accessible and cannot be “returned,” our refund policy is strict.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the digital product is proven to be entirely non-functional or materially different from its advertised description.
- We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or failed to read the product description.
- If you encounter a technical issue with your download or product functionality, please contact us at [email protected] within 1 day of purchase so we can attempt to resolve the issue, replace the product, or provide a store credit at our discretion.
